Hypocrates was spot on!  The food we eat has a direct effect on how we feel in every day life and how healthy we are in general.

 

We are indeed what we eat.  As each living cell in our bodies regenerates from the nutrition we consume, so it's important that we understand how to fuel our bodies for the best possible results.

If we put bad fuel in, we can hardly expect to get the best results out of our bodies!

 

The Karmea food mantra is:

- Eat real whole unprocessed natural foods

- Always choose organic

- Consume good healthy fat and protein with each meal

- Avoid processed sugars at all times

- Minimise your grain intake

- Always drink lots of lovely fresh filter water

 

All of Karmea's coaching comes with a healthy dose of food and nutrition advice.  We practice what we preach and know the benefits from eating well and eating fresh.
