Which Hub session increases your superhero abilities and why? PT with Sarah Anne, I’m much stronger and fitter than I used to be, my leg strength has improved out of sight. Sarah Anne’s passion for people to live a holistic healthy lifestyle, mind, body and soul is very contagious. I now enter events for the fun of being involved and try to push myself for my own personal best rather than comparing myself to everyone else.
What’s your greatest adventure? My greatest adventure, or most fun adventure is definitely kayaking down the Grand Canyon. 15 days of adrenalin packed kayaking along with beautiful serene moments of gorgeous scenery and gently floating down the river with a great group of friends. It’s going to be a very hard one to beat. Also seeing how good the others were on their kayaks makes me want to learn how to eskimo roll and get out in more rapids.
