Targeted Strength & Conditioning for performance

If you are training for performance in any sport, resistance and strength training should form an important part of your weekly schedule.

Group circuit sessions at the Karmea hub on North Head, are targeted towards cyclists, runners and triathletes, aiming to improve your overall strength, endurance, tone and aerobic capability.  Each of the classes has a specific aim, some are more muscle strength focussed using heavier weights, while others are more cardio based. With the diversity of classes allowing you to dial it up or down, depending on what phase of your programme you are in.


Each class has a different focus, allowing you to target specifics within each session, and cross train your strength sessions into your training programme.



Tuesday 5:30-7:00AM rolling class*. Monday 9:30AM-10:30AM

  • Targeted with progressively heavier weights
  • Specifics sessions aimed at improving muscle strength, tone and flexibility.
  • Posture and alignment are key, alongside correct muscle recruitment throughout the exercises.
  • Our coaches work with you to ensure you see results both in the sessions and flow through into your chosen sport.

*rolling class. Start times 5:30am and 6am. Train for one hour, you choose your start time.



Thursday 6AM-7AM. Wednesday 9:30AM-10:30AM

  • Cardio based session, using lighter weights and higher reps.
  • High intensity sessions aimed on increasing your aerobic capacity and endurance
  • Sessions focus on (HIIT) high intensity intervals, to keep your heart rate elevated and improve the ‘burn’ effect both during and after the session.




  • Focus on building strength and flexibility for running, cycling, swimming and surfing over 8-10 week blocks.
  • Blocks focus on one sport but will improve overall fitness, flexibility and strength
  • Enable the body to continually improve and adapt, translating into your sporting performance, guaranteeing results, and minimising injury.


Key strength focus areas : glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, core.
We will be balancing out the specific strength work, with key stretches to improve your hip mobility and flexibility.


Our group training sessions in Manly are a hugely enjoyable way to get results and will test your body to new limits of strength, endurance and flexibility. Classes are the perfect way to support you swim, bike and run with a strong foundation that will minimise injury and mazimise your performance.
