Banana Bliss Bombs

Here’s another little yummy gem, Banana Bliss Bombs!

We’ve
been playing in the Karmea kitchen and created some fresh, raw bliss balls to satisfy those sweet taste buds.

Most of the recipes you find have buckwheat in but if, like us, you try to minimise grains when ever you can then here’s a solution that’s perfect.

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond meal

1/2 cup desiccated or shredded coconut

1/2 cup of pecans, roughly choppped

1 banana

2tbs raw honey

1tsp vanilla extract

More coconut to roll them in

Method

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth or it forms a ball.  Add extra almond meal or coconut if it feels to wet.

Roll into small balls, (or larger if you like!) and coat in coconut.  Pop in the fridge for 2 hours to harden.  Due to the fresh banana, these are best kept in the fridge, they also freeze really well.

We hope you enjoy these little bombs of joy!
